Forest Fruits Ltd is committed to improving rural livelihoods by developing business in rural areas of Zambia.  As such, it works with 6,000 traditional beekeepers living in remote forests near the source of the mighty Zambezi River in north western Zambia through an out growers system that includes training and extension services. This social enterprise is committed to: improving the income of beekeepers in a sustainable way, improving the quality of lives and assisting people to grow their rural income sources.

Since 1998, Forest Fruits Ltd has been working together with the beekeepers to bring high quality, certified organic, signature products to the market place. They have also had the pleasure of introducing people to the taste and the health benefits of using certified organic Zambezi Gold!TM Forest Honey, Propolis Extract and Beeswax; produced in some of the last remaining pristine and biologically diverse ecosystems in the world.
